Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

This innovative company, known for pushing the boundaries of technology and entertainment, seeks a passionate and experienced Social Campaign Manager. You will be an integral part of the team, developing and executing impactful social media strategies that amplify their music platform’s reach and engage a global audience. Your expertise will be essential in driving awareness, building community, and solidifying the brand’s position as a leader in music innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for music-focused marketing campaigns and daily programming to maximize brand impact and achieve business objectives.
- Lead social briefings for campaigns, new social formats, and daily programming, activating integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Share social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
- Provide on-location, real-time social coverage for live events and major campaigns.
- Offer hands-on support for programming and publishing across owned social channels as needed.
- Manage relationships with social media agencies.
- Provide on-call support during nights and weekends as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/social marketing within the music and cultural landscape.
- 3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Proven experience collaborating with creators, artists, and other high-profile external partners on social marketing initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions, including audience insights, platform trends, content performance benchmarks, and social listening.
- Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Forward-thinking mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of media, technology, and the evolving social media landscape.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.71 to $70.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
