Warranty Analyst

As a Warranty Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Examining individual warranty claims for missing or inconsistent data
• Identifying trends and root causes of unmapped or misattributed claims
• Enhancing claim data using repair procedures, service bulletins, and part traceability information
• Partnering with recovery leads and supplier quality engineers to validate findings
• Documenting repeatable logic and insights to inform automation and scaling efforts

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in warranty, quality, or service operations within the automotive industry
• Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
• Familiarity with dealership repair documentation and vehicle diagnostic codes (DTCs)
• Excellent documentation and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23-26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
