Lead the Charge in Agile Development

Be the driving force behind the agile delivery of a groundbreaking mobile experience and its supporting backend platform. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between native mobile and watch apps, microservices architecture, robust data infrastructure, and essential customer support tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos) across geographically distributed teams.
• Coordinate the delivery of native iOS and Android apps, incorporating BLE integration, real-time data display, and firmware OTA updates.
• Oversee the development of watchOS and WearOS apps with standalone functionality.
• Drive the development of a microservices-based backend, leveraging RESTful APIs, robust authentication, OTA services, and comprehensive analytics.
• Ensure the creation of scalable and secure data storage and ETL pipelines, enabling ML-ready datasets.
• Manage the integration of admin dashboards and customer support tools with relevant platforms.
• Maintain alignment with program milestones, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and escalating risks across all teams (mobile, backend, data, DevOps).
• Meticulously manage JIRA boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and a commitment to delivery excellence.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Proven experience leading agile teams in mobile, IoT, or connected device ecosystems.
• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA updates, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.59 to $67.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
