- Onsite Requirements: You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week. M – F, standard business hours.
- Duration: 12 months

As a Technical Program Manager within the Creative Infrastructure team, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the flow of creative assets, ensuring seamless accessibility for teams and partners. Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional relationships, representing the Creative Infrastructure team.
- Lead meetings, capturing key decisions, action items, and open issues through detailed meeting notes.
- Provide weekly project health reports, communicating status, projected outcomes, and potential roadblocks.
- Develop project roadmaps, define milestones, track tasks, and manage issues to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Creative Infrastructure Manager on resource allocation and planning.
- Negotiate priorities based on available resources and project timelines.
- Ensure timely project completion and documentation handoff.
- Partner with Design, Business, Platform, and Engineering teams to maintain project integrity throughout implementation.
- Continuously improve processes and communication within a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a producer/program manager in software design, preferably with digital or creative agency experience.
- Strong understanding of software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
- Proven ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to define project requirements, goals, and strategies.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, prioritize key issues, anticipate challenges, and adapt to changes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- macOS platform proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Keynote for creating and presenting data and training materials.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail across deliverables.
- Ability to foster collaboration and organization across teams.
- Excellent project and task-tracking skills with a keen eye for detail and a big-picture perspective.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Airtable, Asana, WorkFront, or similar platforms.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $77.40 to $86 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
