Step into a pivotal role at a Fortune 500 e-commerce giant and revolutionize how customers engage with their online grocery shopping experience. As a key player on the Owned & Operated Marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving growth and engagement for the online grocery platform through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. As a Product Marketing Manager on this team, you will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies across various channels, including email and onsite promotions. Your expertise in data analysis and campaign management will be essential in driving highly qualified traffic to key grocery offerings and maximizing conversion rates. Collaborate with creative and technical teams, leverage cutting-edge marketing technologies, and analyze campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across email and onsite channels, encompassing creative development, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Optimize marketing initiatives across diverse content pillars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze key traffic drivers (impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, conversion) to enhance campaign impact and share best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to glean insights from content ranking-engine data and formulate recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Drive marketing innovation by exploring new tools and technologies, collaborating with technical teams to enhance efficiency and functionality.
  • Provide strategic direction to creative teams in developing high-impact campaign assets.
  • Lead reporting efforts for critical homepage deliverables, ensuring accurate data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with the Product team to define and implement the Homepage roadmap strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience (excluding internships).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
  • Demonstrated success in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume campaign management (30+ campaigns per week).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Experience with remarketing and targeted email campaigns based on customer purchase history.
  • Experience serving as the final quality control check for campaigns, ensuring accuracy and flawless execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.59 to $38.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
