Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how employees and customers interact with critical internal platforms. As a Content Producer focusing on People Experience, you will be instrumental in optimizing the usability and effectiveness of two key internal platforms. Collaborating with project teams, subject matter experts, and editors, you’ll oversee content change requests, prioritize tasks, and manage workflows. Your keen eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and passion for content integrity will ensure that these platforms provide accurate, accessible, and user-friendly information. You will also contribute to content creation and improvement, ensuring consistency and clarity across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with project subject matter experts and platform owners to ensure an exceptional user experience by providing the right content in the right places.
- Develop and update content in collaboration with subject matter experts, conveying key messages clearly and concisely while adhering to style guidelines.
- Manage content change requests and workflows, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Oversee the intake and prioritization of content change requests using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and relevant teams (e.g., Privacy, Legal) to manage content reviews.
- Diligently track, prioritize, and escalate tickets as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance sessions and actively participate in team meetings.
- Implement and maintain effective processes for content development and quality assurance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, including managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.
- Experience in editorial campaign planning & production or a similar role
- Experience developing creative briefs
- Proven experience with task management/ticketing systems.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise copy (UX writing experience is a plus).
- Experience editing content and implementing style guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with common workplace platforms.
- Excellent presentation and deck-making skills – Keynote experience preferred
- Passion for music, pop culture and the digital entertainment landscape
- Core understanding of music digital platforms
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.124 to $62.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
