This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of marketing initiatives by streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, directly impacting the company’s bottom line. Your organizational skills and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in supporting the team and driving impactful results.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for the full Sport channel trade marketing team across various retail partners.
  • Plan and track marketing documents and milestones for go-to-market deliverables.
  • Collaborate with account leads and the digital team to develop content calendars that support organic storytelling and align with paid media plans.
  • Foster cohesiveness and consistency across all Sport Channel accounts.
  • Manage key launch projects by organizing meetings, developing account strategy presentations, and maintaining standardized file structures.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers within other channels and headquarters, sharing account details and best practices.
  • Collect and consolidate activation tactics into leadership recap presentations.
  • Provide support for sample ordering for key product launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Events teams on best practices and templates for trade marketing activities.
  • Work with Retail Marketing Planning on best practices and templates for quarterly pitchbacks and monthly briefings.
  • Collaborate on technology tools for key launches, including touchbases with sales teams to ensure alignment on brand specialist focus areas.
  • Develop incentive programs for both Brand Specialists and account employees, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs around key launches, collaborating with sales and sales planning teams.
  • Develop and implement standardized tools for key launches, including calendars, workbacks, and run-of-show documents.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and marketing support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.02 to $42.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
