As an Engineering Technician, you will be an integral part of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in laboratory testing and your commitment to accuracy will be essential to the success of these projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company known for its commitment to innovation and design excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to test and evaluate product prototypes according to various standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Meticulously document tests, procedures, and results, reporting any unusual findings.
- Safely operate laboratory equipment and adhere to ISO 17025 procedures.
- Participate in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives within the company.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting with a strong understanding of testing procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.99 to $33.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
