Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Marketing Manager on the Customer Lifecycle team, you will spearhead acquisition and activation initiatives across multiple services. Your focus will be on executing compelling on-device and email campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acquisition and win-back marketing campaigns across email and in-app messaging channels, utilizing segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization.
  • Oversee project timelines and workflows, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and projects remain on schedule.
  • Create and maintain campaign trackers and presentations for internal reporting and optimization efforts.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure seamless campaign execution and scalability.
  • Maintain consistent communication with partners, adapting creative and program elements as needed.
  • Manage campaign intake requests and subsequent change requests based on team requirements.
  • Conduct creative reviews for email and on-device placements, including production testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the line of business, filling in for team members during absences or transitions.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to secure necessary assets for partner initiatives.
  • Review all promotional materials with internal teams (Strategy, Legal, Creative, Talent Relations, PR) and provide feedback to partners.
  • Analyze post-promotion metrics to assess campaign success, identify key learnings, and share insights with internal teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing, with hands-on expertise in email and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, demonstrated by a track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking abilities combined with a passion for entertainment and pop culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building trust, aligning expectations, and navigating complex environments.
  • Proactive and self-motivated work style with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.70 to $73.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
