While this position is 100% remote, at this time we will only consider candidates who currently live in either the Central or Eastern Time Zones.

As a Risk Management Analystt, you will play a vital role in issuing policies, managing data, and ensuring the accuracy of critical information. You will be a key part of a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the Stop Loss Center of Excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and customer service experience to make a tangible difference in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Issue Stop Loss policies using various systems and resources.
- Enter data into tools and generate essential documents, including audits of quote documents and case setup.
- Monitor and resolve daily, weekly, and monthly error reports, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide feedback and consultation based on audits of Stop Loss quotes and case installation processes.
- Triage incoming inquiries and requests, directing them to the appropriate senior analyst.
- Run validations to confirm the successful triggering of all cases.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the Stop Loss COE and all support teams.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables), SharePoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years customer service experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.83 – $23.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
