Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Manage candidate referrals and internal mobility programs.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Research industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Continuously seek process improvements and implement new procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Minimum of 1 year working in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong internet research and data mining skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with advertising activities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
