Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Manage candidate referrals and internal mobility programs.
- Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
- Research industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Continuously seek process improvements and implement new procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Minimum of 1 year working in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with advertising activities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
