Aquent is partnering with a global leader in social technology to find a talented Content Specialist to join their team for a six-month contract. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting compelling content using cutting-edge generative AI technology. This is your chance to shape the future of online interaction!

As a Content Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind engaging AI experiences. Collaborate with international teams to develop content that resonates with users across diverse cultures. Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to bring your creative vision to life and optimize the user experience. Your expertise in AI technology and content creation will be instrumental in driving engagement and shaping the future of online communication.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide creative direction and guidance on AI character development, editorial projects, and content creation.
• Collaborate with creators and studios (specifically in Indonesia) to develop impactful AI experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy high-quality content and enhance the product experience.
• Become an expert in our AI technology and its capabilities.
• Design, prompt, and optimize content pipelines, including pitches, mocks, and asset creation.
• Optimize content performance through testing, evaluation, and collaboration with partners and designers.

Must-Haves:

• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external creative teams.
• Background in content development, marketing, or localization for the Indonesian market.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Experience delivering products under tight deadlines.
• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., storytelling, character creation) and at least one year of AI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.85 to $56.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
