Partnering with Aquent, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams through the Agile development lifecycle, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
As a Scrum Master, you will be the facilitator, coach, and problem-solver for your team. You’ll empower them to embrace Agile principles, optimize their workflows, and deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team operation.
  • Track and analyze sprint metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine product backlogs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
  • Be the go-to person for issue resolution and provide guidance on Agile best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams as part of an Agile transformation.
  • Deep understanding of backlog grooming, relative estimating, release planning, and sprint planning.
  • Expertise in Scrum metrics such as sprint burndown, release burnup, and velocity.
  • Strong understanding of sprint review best practices and various retrospective techniques.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.20 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
