Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA, or Cupertino, CA.
You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

This innovative company, partnered with Aquent, is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and managing key design visuals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging visual content across multiple platforms and formats.
- Track multiple design deliverables, adhering to fluctuating deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong user experience sensibilities, staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and resources.
- Develop dynamic compositions that align with strategic goals.
- Communicate technical specifications and functional requirements to third-party partners.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience creating compelling content design visuals across various platforms.
- Deep understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proactive, analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing strategic design ideas across digital, social, or static formats.
- 4+ years of relevant design or creative leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic, Information, or Communication design (or equivalent).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Passion for visual design trends related to apps and games.
- Proficiency in additional visual and motion design software.
- Strong user experience sensibilities and curiosity about emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for the brand and commitment to preserving its authenticity.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.25 to $70.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
