Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As an Email Production Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering impactful email campaigns that reach a worldwide audience. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale. As a key member of the Email Marketing/Email Production team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of email campaigns across diverse content types. Your expertise will ensure flawless execution, from assembly and testing to deployment and analysis.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Thoroughly test and QA campaign setups, content, and revisions to maintain high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, localization, programming, and marketing.
  • Effectively manage a workload of multiple campaigns per week, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across various email clients and platforms.
  • Peer-review email campaigns to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in email-based campaign production, demonstrating proficiency in asset gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing a workload of 5-8 campaigns per week.
  • Proficiency in building emails for enterprise email service providers such as MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to apply it to email formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Proficiency working on a Mac in a professional setting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.87 to $66.53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
