Empower Businesses with Cutting-Edge UX Design
This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for user-centered design with the power of e-commerce. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions. By leveraging data-driven insights and usability findings, you’ll craft web applications that streamline inventory management, order processing, and customer-facing website experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors through process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements based on data analysis, usability findings, market research, and UCD principles.
  • Evaluate and optimize feature performance through active participation in usability testing.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of user interface design and development best practices and standards.
  • Provide leadership and insights into e-commerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in interaction design for web and/or software applications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of web-based information architecture and design principles, along with usability principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, and Dreamweaver.
  • A compelling online portfolio showcasing relevant, user-centered design solutions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to convey complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Prototyping skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.50 to $69.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
