As a Social Operations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing and executing daily social marketing operations. You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring seamless content delivery, meticulous scheduling, and adherence to best practices. This role calls for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of social media platforms. You will be instrumental in streamlining processes, managing assets, and ensuring the highest quality output across all social channels. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining documentation, managing resources, and ensuring the team has the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize, streamline, and support daily social marketing operations.
- Build and manage custom, trackable links for owned and earned social content.
- Support QAing, scheduling, and publishing posts across owned social channels.
- Facilitate asset trafficking across conception, production, delivery/approval, and distribution.
- Maintain current documentation and resources, including platform best practices and guidelines, case studies, security protocols, and more.
- Manage team equipment needs and orders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the social media industry, including platform updates, emerging trends, and consumer behavior insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities, leveraging audience insights, platform trends, content performance benchmarks, and social listening.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and weekend flexibility.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.36 to $44.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
