As a Social Campaign Manager, you will be the driving force behind innovative social media strategies, bringing to life exciting initiatives and campaigns. Collaborating with internal and external partners, including artists and creators, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of music culture and social media trends to connect with fans on a global scale. You will be responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of social campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand voice. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on the future of music and social media.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for music marketing campaigns and daily programming, maximizing brand impact and audience engagement.
- Lead social briefings for campaigns, new social formats, and daily programming, activating integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Share social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, influencing the direction of future campaigns.
- Provide on-location social media coverage for live events and major campaigns, capturing real-time moments and amplifying their reach.
- Offer hands-on support for programming and publishing across owned social channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.
- Manage relationships with social media agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of campaigns.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/social marketing within the music and cultural space.
- 3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors, demonstrating strong project management and communication skills.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with creators, artists, and other high-profile external partners on social marketing initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills, using audience insights, platform trends, content performance benchmarks, and social listening to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A forward-thinking mindset and creative problem-solving abilities, ensuring innovative social media storytelling and a leadership position in the industry.
- Deep understanding of media, technology, and the evolving landscape of social platforms, audiences, and behaviors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively pitching new ideas and gaining buy-in from multiple teams and leadership.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61.35 to $68.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
