In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial data. You will collaborate with various teams, contributing your skills to maintain the financial integrity of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computer systems.
- Prepare and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial documents.
- Manage account transactions, ensuring accurate debits, credits, and totals on spreadsheets and databases.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or a related financial discipline.
- Experience with specialized accounting software.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $15.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
