This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of product development, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of packaging, from concept to creation. You’ll be a vital link between creative vision and practical execution, ensuring seamless product launches and contributing to the overall success of new product lines. Responsibilities:

• Track New Product Development timelines and follow up on deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones.
• Research and develop packaging components, contributing your expertise to color selection, artwork design, and overall packaging aesthetics.
• Provide essential support for packaging specification and artwork systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
• Manage first production samples, coordinating logistics and establishing an organized system for tracking and distribution.
• Lead a project to gain practical experience in the Development Launch process, demonstrating project management skills and contributing to successful product launches.
• Attend development meetings and provide detailed recaps and follow-ups, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Collaborate effectively with operations and manufacturing teams, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless execution.
• Perform other duties as necessary or required, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to contribute to team success.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.08 to $36.76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
