As an Order Correspondent, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the customer service team to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. You will become a vital link between the company and its valued clients, fostering strong relationships and contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, confirming lead times with showrooms.
  • Manage finish sample set requests for customers and designers worldwide.
  • Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours and provide real-time support via online chat.
  • Authorize and process return goods, ensuring adherence to established procedures and appropriate restocking fees.
  • Provide order updates, shipping information, and tracking details to showroom associates.
  • Resolve freight damage claims and process Letters of Authorization (LOAs) as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of showroom account information and sales agencies.
  • Generate daily reports, including EDI, open RGAs, and daily order summaries.
  • Provide potential customers with information on product availability, lead times, and literature.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17-20/ hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
