Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for crafting engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Site Marketing to join our team in the dynamic world of beauty retail. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing compelling site campaign strategies and programs. Your efforts will drive engagement, boost sales, acquire new clients, and raise awareness of exciting new brands, products, and services across our app and website.

Reporting to the Manager of Site Marketing, you will:

  • Recommend site support, landing page, and targeting strategies for our integrated US/CA campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales, basing your suggestions on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy, leveraging client behavior, content, and page performance analytics to inform your decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with our .CA Site, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners on leveraged campaigns.
  • Partner with our site production team to execute campaigns, content, and new site features, meticulously quality-assuring to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive site calendars and trackers to monitor all placements, timing, messaging, and targeting.
  • Ensure that campaign business objectives are met and the client journey is seamless and optimized.
  • Hindsight campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for subsequent campaigns.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager on special projects, ad hoc requests, and strategic initiatives.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 3-5 years of eCommerce or site marketing experience, ideally within the beauty or a related consumer retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with business partners at all levels and across multiple locations.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, successfully bringing diverse teams together toward common goals and consensus.
  • High energy and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to draw insightful conclusions and act based on data.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, organize and manage multiple projects and initiatives in parallel, prioritize appropriately, and drive them to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written and oral communication.
  • Experience with site reporting and analytics to drive actionable insights.
