We are looking for an Assistant Producer for a one year engagement onsite in San Francisco for our retail client.  You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution of high-visibility email campaigns reaching a vast customer base. Be a part of a collaborative environment where innovation and efficiency drive success.As an Assistant Producer on this team, you will be responsible for the production, testing, and quality assurance of all outgoing emails, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with producers on link setup and approvals, manage asset delivery to email vendors, and track Canadian French translations. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be essential to the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and QA all emails before deployment
  • Assist Producers with link setup and approvals
  • Manage the delivery of assets to email vendors
  • Track and expedite Canadian French translations with the translation management team
  • Adhere to tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities
  • Utilize AirTable, Outlook, Google Docs suite, Microsoft Office suite, OneDrive, and marketing content management systems

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of production experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience in traffic or project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance team expectations and competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
