Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).
Become an integral part of a dynamic marketing organization, driving impactful campaigns for a leading global brand. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication, and driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Partnering with Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing Management teams, you’ll be at the heart of innovative projects, shaping how the brand connects with its audience.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain alignment on project scope and ensure accurate timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are involved.
- Manage and distribute weekly project status updates for priority projects.
- Document meeting notes, outline next steps, and distill information for clarity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with all cross-functional departments within Services Marketing.
- Facilitate alignment between various teams on marketing initiatives.
- Own roadmaps, project scope, creative review trackers, and production schedules.
- Strategically manage information flow to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment.
- Own, maintain, and update master timelines and trackers.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or in Operations Management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational skills, task-tracking experience, and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative.
- Passion for continuous improvement and sharing best practices.
- Outstanding work ethic, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to make complex decisions and explain reasoning.
- Adaptability to change and ability to react efficiently.
- Ability to learn and retain new information quickly.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, AirTable, Quip, Box, OmniPlan, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $89.10 to $99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
