Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a 3D Designer, you will:
- Spearhead the conceptualization and creative direction of original 3D content, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Oversee the artistic execution of design deliverables across diverse media, ensuring top-tier quality and consistency.
- Provide clear technical specifications and functional requirements to external partners for seamless production.
- Partner with copy editors to ensure perfect harmony between visual and written content.
- Design and develop captivating presentations and decks for internal and external audiences, showcasing the power of visual communication.
Must-Haves:
- Extensive experience creating high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, and lighting using industry-standard software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
- Versatility in 3D styles, ranging from photorealistic architecture to stylized video game aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of 3D production pipelines.
- Proactive, analytical thinking, exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience creating engaging content design visuals (e.g., Digital Content, Web, Social, Journalism, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Passion for and awareness of visual design trends in the Games/Apps/Entertainment industry.
- Experience designing with third-party IP or promotional content.
- Proficiency in graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration.
- Experience managing external artists/vendors/agencies, including crafting clear creative briefs, visual communication, and storyboards.
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional concept execution and design skills.
- 1-4+ years of relevant design or creative leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic, Information, or Communication design, or equivalent experience.
