Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Visual Merchandising Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind bringing product launches, campaigns, and store resets to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading the development of immersive customer experiences, from signage and digital content to product displays and fixtures. Your expertise will ensure that every detail reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation and excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage merchandising plans for product launches, campaigns, and store resets.
  • Define and communicate requirements for immersive customer experiences, including signage, digital and interactive content, product displays, and fixtures.
  • Lead partnerships and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
  • Regularly present strategies and updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate strategies effectively to leadership and field teams.
  • Streamline existing processes and enhance internal and external workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent decision-making skills and experience in planning and organizing.
  • Process-oriented approach with the ability to balance high-level strategy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional agility and the ability to independently lead and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and influence others to achieve results within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred) or equivalent industry experience.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.99 to $91.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
