Join a trailblazing global beauty retailer that has redefined the industry by celebrating individuality and empowering clients to discover the best in themselves. We are a destination where curiosity is sparked, and a diverse community comes together to explore an unparalleled selection of products from both iconic and emerging brands. Our mission is to champion fearless self-expression and create an inclusive space where the art of beauty is celebrated every day.

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Creative Content Producer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our brand’s storytelling, transforming ambitious creative concepts into stunning, high-impact content that captivates and inspires our community. You will be a key player in bringing our brand’s vision to life across a multitude of platforms, from video and print to integrated digital campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for flawless execution, this is your opportunity to shape the visual narrative of a global beauty leader.

What You Will Do:

  • Bring Creative to Life: Shepherd a diverse range of content production projects (video, print, digital) from initial concept and scoping through final execution. You will orchestrate the entire process, including estimating, negotiation, casting, pre-production, and the shoot itself.
  • Build & Foster Talent: Curate and maintain our network of elite creative talent, including photographers, directors, stylists, and production partners. You will have a keen eye for identifying the perfect artists and vendors to match each project’s unique creative vision.
  • Master the Production Process: Expertly manage the day-to-day of multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring every detail is accounted for. This includes overseeing casting with external partners, managing model contracts and releases, and ensuring all legal and business affairs requirements are met.
  • Drive Collaboration: Serve as a central hub between our internal Creative, Marketing, and Project Management teams and our external partners. You will translate creative feedback and strategic goals into actionable production plans, ensuring the final deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Own the Budget: Meticulously create and manage project budgets from end to end. You will handle estimation, approvals, and actualization, providing key insights to inform future projects and drive efficiency.
  • Innovate & Refine: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our production processes, enhancing collaboration and efficiency within the broader Content Production team.
  • Manage the Details: Utilize a suite of project management tools (including Box, Monday, Smartsheet, Pitch, and Frame.io) to maintain impeccable organization and clear communication across all projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA) and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on content production experience, preferably with an in-house creative brand.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end content production process, with a proven track record of managing complex shoots.
  • An impressive network of industry contacts and a passion for discovering new creative talent.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You are a natural collaborator who can work seamlessly with diverse personalities.
  • Mastery of time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to pivot effortlessly between shifting priorities.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality. You are a resourceful go-getter who takes initiative and creatively solves problems when they arise.
  • An obsession with detail and organization. You are known for your meticulous follow-through and ability to see projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with modern project management software.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a desire to create work that resonates and inspires.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.57 to $47.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
