We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team, specifically supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members. Team Context: Adobe’s DVA & Frame MPgM team is currently managing an increasing volume of high-visibility, cross-functional, and time-sensitive initiatives. These programs often involve multiple cross-functional teams, management of multiple creative teams, tight timelines, and detailed coordination across stakeholders. To maintain our velocity and executional excellence, the Aquent MPgM will support day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery of final assets.
What you need to succeed:

Minimum 5 years of creative program management experience within a corporate tech organization or creative ad agency

Ability to manage projects and stakeholders at different altitudes

Exceptional communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and pilot/test outcomes

Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team

Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills, with a consistent record of taking initiative and building strong, positive relationships

Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve, while keeping all parties informed and tracking

Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony with a positive attitude

Act resourcefully and work independently with strong attention to detail; quality Assurance

Familiar with using Workfront and Microsoft Sharepoint as key management tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with necessary flexibility

Experience with Vendor management
What you’ll do:
-
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members.

Aid in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.

May be asked to assist in scheduling milestone meetings, take notes in meetings and ensure they are properly distributed after meetings.

Set up a centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc.

Keep the Project Trackers and SharePoint Sites updated.

Manage the CSC (WorkFront) Project queue and input all projects into Consumer Supply Chain.

Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets.

Coordinate asset hand off to archivist, A.com, Media and other stakeholders as open and maintain PR/POs for external agency partners.

Triage incoming project briefs – assess them through the lens of resourcing and strategic priorities, and escalate to Category Lead as necessary.

Work with Studio resource management to confirm and assign team to project.

When external agencies are involved, confirm assignments and clarify roles/responsibilities as necessary.

Ongoing cross-functional team planning, coordination, and communication

Deliverables: Release/Campaign Trackers, Workback timeline, Status Weekly Updates (marketing focus), Creative Reviews/Check-ins (with Studio), Final Marketing Content Package

Workload & projects: The video category has an ongoing stream of product launches and always-on marketing. In Q3 & Q4, our priorities are:- 3 x L1 releases, 2x L2 releases, Always-on content refreshes and ad-hoc requests, Customer Stories

Other Requirements
Compensation Range: $105 – $110K (DOE)
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
