In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of machinery and equipment for Bodyweld processes. From creating initial specifications to overseeing installation and trials, you’ll be a driving force in optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop detailed machine specifications for Bodyweld processes.
  • Manage the procurement of machines, robots, and related equipment.
  • Oversee the installation and trialing of new machinery.
  • Collaborate with machine vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing manufacturing support and process tracking.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in machine specification, procurement, and installation.
  • Strong project management skills, including schedule and budget control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts as work is typically conducted at nonproduction times.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.80 to $38.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
