Aquent Talent is partnering with a global leader in social technology to find a skilled Content Specialist to drive innovation in generative AI content creation. As a Content Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind cutting-edge AI content, working closely with international creators and studios (specifically in India and Pakistan) to develop resonant AI experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to bring your vision to life and optimize the user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide creative direction and guidance on AI character development, editorial projects, and content creation.
- Partner with creators and studios in the India/Pakistan region to develop compelling AI experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy high-quality content and enhance the product experience.
- Become an expert in the company’s AI technology and its capabilities.
- Design, prompt, and optimize content pipelines, including pitches, mocks, and asset creation.
- Optimize content performance through testing, evaluation, and refinement, guiding partners and designers on best practices.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., storytelling, character creation) and at least one year of AI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Experience working with creative teams, both internal and external.
- Previous experience with content development, marketing, or localization for the India/Pakistan market.
- Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling skills.
- Experience with prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite Products).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own hours.
- Experience shipping products with stringent deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.51 to $61.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
