In this role, you will:
- Spearhead the development and execution of paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the agency to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Design and implement audience testing strategies to identify and optimize target segments.
- Partner with the influencer team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead creative asset ideation, testing, and optimization with internal and external creative teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, establish KPIs, and forecast long-term growth.
- Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on major social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media ad platforms, including tracking, auction dynamics, ad products, and best practices.
- Knowledge of mobile app acquisition marketing and relevant tracking technologies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a challenging regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Branch and other mobile measurement platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.16 to $45.74 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
