Our leading financial client is looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to join their team on a hybrid basis in NYC!
What You’ll Do:
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as phone coverage; scheduling meetings; completing travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining management calendar; taking and distributing meeting minutes; generating copies; screening mail; filing; ordering supplies and maintaining department records. No task is too small. Scheduling and handling travel, calendar management, catering, conference rooms, manage org charts possibly too.
• Prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget.
• Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the operating unit served; and maintains spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
• May research special topics as assigned.
• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
• Develop and produce reports as assigned.
• May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries.
• 8 hour day during normal business hours on average, but there may be a need for calendar flexibility so you can be there early or late.
• Professional spoken and written communication.
• Need to be able to come into the office minimum of 3 days. Prefer of up to 5.
• Collaborative and fast paced environment, provide quick updates and build strong relationships with executives.
What You’ll Bring
• High School education. College degree a plus.
• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.
• Strong knowledge of department budgets and desk top computer software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
