This innovative company, a leader in its field, is seeking a skilled UAT Analyst to join their team. You will play a vital role in validating native mobile applications and on-device messaging for large-scale marketing initiatives. Your work will directly influence the user experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for customers across the globe.
In this role, you will:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure extensive coverage of existing functionalities and new features.
- Conduct thorough testing of on-device user experiences across a diverse range of mobile applications.
- Develop automated tests for iOS platforms using Python and Swift.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing feature and campaign testing while maintaining meticulous documentation and delivering end-to-end testing on schedule.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation, including testing scope overviews, test plans, results, and associated tickets for resolution and prioritization.
- Provide timely and transparent communication regarding project status and progress, including test status reports, metrics, progress reports, coverage reports, defect reports, and other relevant documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing, including 5+ years specifically in end-to-end system test automation.
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing across multiple applications, demonstrating the ability to develop comprehensive validation coverage for systems under test.
- Experience validating native mobile applications or on-device messaging for large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Python, with a focus on crafting test automation scripts.
- Expertise in iOS automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
- Proven ability to design and create test automation frameworks and tools, specifically for end-to-end and on-device mobile testing.
- Experience with testing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Charles, Git, and Jenkins.
- Experience automating data analytics and reporting across multiple systems.
- Solid understanding of software build tools and CI/CD integrations.
- Experience coordinating with multiple engineering and product teams to expedite issue prioritization and resolution.
- Proven ability to create clear and concise written test reports, effectively showcasing test progress, status, test plan completion, identified defects, and associated risks.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.65 to $67.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
