As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of multiple software development projects. Your ability to navigate complex technical landscapes, coupled with your exceptional communication skills, will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing program activities and projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring information is readily accessible and up-to-date.
- Triage technical issues across multiple projects, assessing impact and providing solutions.
- Draft and disseminate clear and concise communications regarding program updates and initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (computer science, computer engineering, software engineering) or 3+ years of related experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated project management experience, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- SCRUM master experience/certification
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with Google Workspace (spreadsheets)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.14 to $74.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
