The Field/Sales Marketing Professional should be familiar with B2B2C marketing concepts, strategy, and marketing processes. They must understand legal/compliance review processes and preferably have experience working in online tools for managing marketing projects and reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the development and deployment of prospect materials supporting acquisition strategy through agents. These include multi-channel print and digital marketing communication tactics.
- Owning and contributing to key tactic deliverables, including flyers, brochures, presentations, etc., that are effective and appropriate for the intended audience. Reviewing materials and processes to develop suggestions for streamlining, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, representing our team and providing updates on progress of projects.
- Owning and managing timelines effectively to ensure deliverables that are part of our large-scale AEP programs are to-market and in-hands of agents against strict timelines to support AEP and other election periods.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience
- Strategic thinker with experience in managing and owning the development and deployment of marketing materials
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Medicare or healthcare marketing, or similar highly-regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
- B2B2C marketing experience
- Agency experience or in-house agency experience
- Experience with tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.12 to $36.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
