As a Project Lead, you will be instrumental in optimizing their inventory management processes, from procurement to payment. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your manufacturing expertise with project management skills to drive significant improvements.

This exciting Project Lead opportunity will allow you to lead projects related to the STAMPS/CDTS system, deploying, testing, and improving system hardware and software that supports stamping production. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Control, and Accounting teams across North America, developing and deploying steel inventory systems and processes. Your work will directly impact daily production in stamping shops, ensuring efficient material flow and accurate data collection.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects related to the STAMPS/CDTS system, supporting the deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of hardware and software.
• Support daily operational processes and system issue resolution for North America, driving standardization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Stamping Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Control, and Accounting teams to develop and deploy steel inventory systems and processes.
• Support the deployment of STAMPS (Steel Blank Inventory Traceability System) and CDTS (Coil Data Tracking System) to stamping shops across North America.
• Travel up to 25% to support the development and deployment of regional Stamping Inventory Control Systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in either Stamping or Maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with project management or maintenance management supporting stamping or manufacturing projects.
• Background in Production Control or Manufacturing System projects.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.00 to $46.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
