Operations Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our client’s Central Ops team. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity across our
central database, support reporting readiness, and help align operational processes. You’ll also contribute to building infrastructure and documentation that supports scalable, repeatable workflows. This will be a one-year engagement working a hybrid role in Beaverton, OR. 

Responsibilities:
    •    Ensure accurate and aligned data across teams and systems that connect into the central database.
    •    Prepare and organize data for upcoming reporting cycles.
    •    Assist in aligning operational processes across teams to support centralized data practices.
    •    Build and maintain a runbook for the quarterly close process, ensuring clear documentation and repeatability.
    •    Set up data structures and workflows for the “Special Projects” portfolio, ensuring consistency and visibility.
    •    Support the automation of the quarterly close process using Airtable and other tools.
    •    Onboard new teams into the central database, ensuring smooth integration and training on processes.
    •    Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
    •    Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy.
    •    Proficient in Airtable and Miro
    •    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    •    Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities.
    •    Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
    •    Experience with Airtable automations and interface design.
    •    Exposure to reporting or analytics.
    •    Familiarity with documenting processes or building operational playbooks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $ 48 to $ 53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
