Senior Copywriter

Overview

We’re looking for a creative soul who dreams in big ideas, obsesses over the perfect headline, and believes great marketing starts with emotion. One of our top ad agency clients is on the hunt for a writer and conceptual thinker who doesn’t just want to fill space with words—but to move people, inspire action, and blow clients away.

As part of a collaborative, strategy-driven creative team, you’ll develop emotionally powerful campaigns across a variety of brands and channels. You’ll work closely with art directors, strategists, and fellow creatives to turn smart insights into bold, effective storytelling.

What we’re looking for:

• A true idea person with a strong creative POV and a passion for marketing.

• Someone who writes with clarity, heart, and purpose—whether it’s a social caption, a video script, or a big campaign concept.

• A storyteller who understands how tone, voice, and empathy shape the message—and make it unforgettable.

What you’ll do:

• Write copy in a range of voices and tones, from playful and punchy to heartfelt and impactful.

• Craft content across media: social, video, presentations, blogs, and more.

• Collaborate with designers and strategists to dream up campaigns that solve real business challenges with creativity and emotion.

• Present your work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.

• Proof, refine, and polish your writing until it sings.

• Show up with kindness, empathy, curiosity—and an eagerness to make the work better every day.

What you’ll need:

• A portfolio that shows off your creative range, writing chops, and conceptual thinking.

• Some experience in an agency or in-house marketing setting (but if you’re newer and you’ve got the goods, we want to see your work).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Bonus points if you bring social content creation, video editing, or other creative extras to the table.

• 4+ years of copywriting experience, bonus points if you come from an agency
