Senior Product Designer

Overview

**This is a hybrid role seeking authorized candidates who are able to commute to New York, NY three days/week and work on a W2 basis. **

Our client, a leading global platform, is seeking a Senior Product Designer focused on Seller Tools / Enterprise Platform. In this Consultant role, you will distill complex data into usable experiences as part of their product organization. 

Design the tools that power a major marketplace’s professional sellers.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong enterprise SaaS experience and excellent cross-platform design skills to join a lean, high-impact team. You’ll take the lead on modernizing the seller-side platform—designing complex workflows and powerful tools that help professional users manage inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and more.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on complexity, moves fast, and wants to own the end-to-end design of tools used every day by power users.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for professional sellers managing high volumes of products, pricing, and transactions
• Translate dense workflows and data-heavy interfaces into clear, efficient user experiences
• Contribute to and evolve a cross-platform design system with scalable patterns
• Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver quickly and iteratively
• Present your work clearly—from product thinking to polished UI—tailoring communication to varied stakeholders
• Balance quick wins with long-term product vision

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record in enterprise, B2B, or operational tools
• Experience leading design for complex, multi-step workflows and business-critical platforms
• Cross-platform product design experience across desktop and mobile
• Strong visual and interaction design craft, with clarity in hierarchy, spacing, and behavior
• Fast-paced mindset—you know when to refine and when to ship
• Strong communication skills—you can drive discussions, lead critiques, and align stakeholders
• Collaborative and self-directed—you enjoy hands-on work and working closely with partners

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, pricing engines, or POS tools
• Experience designing data tables, dashboards, or analytics UIs
• Startup or founding designer experience—comfortable designing in ambiguity
• Contributions to or leadership in scaling a design systems

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $70/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
