Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist!
While this position is 100% remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.
In addition, to be considered, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. C2C is not permitted for this position.
This role will be supporting the development, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives . The role will support the implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, including web, email, SMS, push, blogs, webinars, SEO/SEM, paid media, social media and emerging platforms, as well as digital marketing enablement for solution delivery. The role will heavily support driving member and customer engagement and brand awareness through integrated digital marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including B2B, Member Engagement, and Reputation management.
- Implements and optimizes email/SMS/push lifecycle campaigns in the Braze platform
- Develops website content including blogs, landing pages, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Manages paid and organic social media activities.
- Utilizes CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to enhance customer segmentation, personalization, journey mapping and lead nurturing.
- Coordinates with internal resources to ensure timely and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and creates client-facing reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing, business and member engagement strategies.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Three (3) plus years B2B (business to business) and B2C digital marketing experience leading and managing the web development, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Relevant experience or certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Braze) and web (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge in email marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media management, and website optimization.
- Experience working with reporting tools (ex: Looker)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31 to $36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
