As a key member of the Search Product/GTM Marketing team, you’ll be the central point of contact for all product features, ensuring seamless integration between product development and marketing efforts. You’ll guide product marketing managers, collaborate with growth and brand marketing teams, and optimize processes for maximum impact. You’ll even have the opportunity to contribute to the launch of groundbreaking AI-powered features.
Responsibilities:
- Own the team’s go-to-market process, preparing essential inputs for successful product launches.
- Partner with growth and brand marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Manage the inbound process, tracking, and readiness for the Search hero use case program, identifying areas for optimization.
- Develop a framework for prioritizing Search features in brand campaigns and maintain an ongoing process for campaign feature enablement.
- Act as a GTM program manager, spearheading the launch of a major marketing initiative.
- Contribute to the product marketing strategy for specific cutting-edge AI features, including positioning, research, and naming.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product or GTM marketing, including strategy and project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Program and/or project management experience across complex and agile workstreams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Solid core Product marketing experience and experience working with Product, UX, and Program Managers to bring features to life.
- Proven track record of launching successful GTM initiatives and consumer campaigns for technology products.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of self-directing projects in an unstructured environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $96.69 to $107.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
