Project Overview:
Our mission is to help SMB advertisers grow their businesses with the help of Ads by consistently providing them with the most compelling value propositions and an excellent customer experience by offering the right information, the right product and the right level of help to all advertisers. This role is in the Global Acquisitions team, with a focus on Strategy & Ops Support of the Global Ads Paid and Owned Media Team.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Utilize experience in program management to organize a cross-functional team and drive efficiencies in processes.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic 2026 annual planning process for executive reviews, ensuring comprehensive alignment of marketing and engineering teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Research: Support driving Global research initiatives to gain insights to inform creative strategy and development
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partner teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize impact.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and technologies and share your insights with the team, informing 2026 strategic direction and annual plans.
- Executive Communications: Uplevel team communications, helping to gain stakeholder buy-in and alignment on key priorities, securing and sharing weekly snippets, collaborating with central S&O Team.

Skill/Experience/Education

- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility, 8+ years in program management or strategy and operations.

- Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Apps

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $96.69 to $107.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
