Be a key player in curating and scheduling inspiring fitness and wellness content within the company’s ecosystem. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, production, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Your work will directly impact millions of users, making a tangible difference in their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Manage content within the fitness app across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the timely release of new weekly workouts, meditations, and other content features.
- Guarantee the accuracy and timely presentation of all assets, metadata, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance the internal content management system and tools.
- Contribute to the development of unreleased features by programming content in testing environments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in online media, e-commerce, or content programming.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
- Strong interest in digital technology and web-based production tools.
- Passion for fitness and meditation apps and content.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems specifically designed for fitness or wellness content.
- A deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.67 to $44.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
