The Strategy team for Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group in Online Retail is looking for a Project Manager & Data Analyst to support the end-to-end customer journey and e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage multiple XF initiatives. Manage and develop project plans, deliverables, track timelines, assign tasks, and identify risks to projects.
- Identify data needs to inform business decisions.
- Conduct research and analyses on marketplaces and social commerce space
- Evaluate and trend commercial KPIs along with customer experience / behavior to discover opportunities to improve the business.
- Partner with Data Sciences Team for in-depth analysis of customer behaviors to extract meaningful insights and develop recommendations / next steps.
- Attributes:

- Team player with the ability to work closely with XF teams, coordinate and manage projects
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in a strategy or customer experience function
- Experience in, deep knowledge of, and passion for the global retail or e-commerce B2C industry
- Ability to simultaneously operate both strategically and tactically, proactively sweating the details, while not losing sight of the big picture and customer centricity
- Demonstrated analytical/reporting skills and a knack for uncovering root causes and simplifying complexity to synthesize clear insights and make data-driven decisions. Hands on experience with a variety of business analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and advanced Excel preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent, and presenting to various levels of leadership
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.02 to $52.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
