Join a leading automotive innovator as a Technical Leader, driving the creation of cutting-edge data solutions. You will be a key player in shaping how data is used, impacting decision-making and ultimately influencing the future of mobility. Partnering with a dynamic team, you’ll leverage your expertise to empower data-driven insights and propel innovation within the organization.
 

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Agile Development Team, addressing development challenges and fostering collaboration.
  • Oversee data engineering practices, leveraging Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark SQL to optimize code performance.
  • Review BI product deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and validate data accuracy.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings to identify and address roadblocks, fostering efficient team communication.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, including task management, documentation, and version control.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring thorough product evaluation.
  • Coach the team in best agile practices, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to development standards.
  • Provide development support, contributing to the creation of CDS and BI reports as needed.
  • Monitor intraday reports and proactively address any operational issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Conduct quarterly usage audits, analyzing report utilization and providing recommendations for optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with big data in a cloud environment, specifically Azure Databricks.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Cognos visualization tools, with PowerBI Pro experience highly valued.
  • Practical experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting reporting transitions to the cloud.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
