About the Role:
As a Global Footwear Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the agility and efficiency of Nike’s Global Footwear Sample Operations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between internal business stakeholders and offshore factory partners, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of purchase order information. Leveraging your expertise in Excel and familiarity with internal tools and systems, you will manage and troubleshoot sample data sets, implement process improvements, and support the documentation and standardization of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update SAP purchase order data using Nike’s internal tools and systems.

Navigate Excel (or similar tools) to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.

Execute recurring operational reports and distribute insights to stakeholders via email.

Perform mass data updates with accuracy and efficiency through internal platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to align on key deliverables and timelines.

Support the development and documentation of new and existing tools and operational processes.

Promote consistency and standardization across sample operations where applicable.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data management roles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with global teammates and external partners.

Strong deductive and inductive reasoning skills to solve both structured and ambiguous problems.

Capable of adapting to changing priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in ambiguous situations.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).

Familiarity with data analysis, process documentation, and report generation.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data streams.

A natural problem-solver who can translate technical insights into business value.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.689 to $35.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
