This role empowers dealerships to maximize sales and customer satisfaction through proactive remote engagement. In this role you will act as a strategic partner, driving dealer performance through:

  • Sales & Performance Optimization: Providing mentorship and consulting to achieve monthly/yearly sales targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and addressing deficiencies to improve customer retention.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assisting with inventory management, ensuring dealer personnel training compliance, and facilitating efficient parts ordering.
  • Strategic Partnership & Communication: Serving as a crucial liaison between the company, dealerships, and partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
  • Market Analysis & Initiative Implementation: Analyzing local market and competition, and developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

This fast-paced role demands a dynamic individual with strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills. The candidate must be adaptable, possess a coachable mindset, and excel at building relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of automotive industry experience.
  • 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in remote communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work a hybrid office enviroment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $42 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
