This is a contract position.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate the front-store experience and drive sales. You’ll collaborate with creative, merchandising, and legal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns will be crucial to achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and business cases based on data-driven insights and market trends.
- Craft compelling marketing briefs that guide creative development and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including creative agencies and merchandising teams, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and measure ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and collaborative execution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in retail, agency, or consumer brands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tactics.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.32 to $49.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
