Join a dynamic team revolutionizing how millions of users engage with global events through a cutting-edge mobile platform. As a Technical Program Manager supporting the Events Platform team, you will lead the charge in developing and maintaining security compliance, enablement resources, and operational excellence. This role will focus on documentation, training development, security reviews, and compliance management across multiple event platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Platform Documentation & Training (40%)
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for multiple event platforms (Splashthat, GTW, Kaltura)
* Develop and update training materials and wiki content
* Design and implement template systems for standardized platform usage
* Integrate documentation with Cedric support bot for enhanced user assistance
* Migrate and optimize training content across learning management systems
2. Security & Compliance Management (30%)
* Support Application Security (AppSec) reviews
* Conduct and facilitate Product Security reviews
* Assist with Vendor Security assessments
* Process GDPR, DSAR, and RTF requests (requires AVS AppSec approval for PII access)
* Maintain compliance documentation and procedures
3. Operational Continuity (30%)
* Develop and maintain incident response plans
* Create team onboarding guides and continuity documentation
* Design and implement on-call program resources
* Establish and document threat models
* Manage ticket queue systems and processes
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in technical documentation and training development
* Understanding of security compliance requirements and procedures
* Strong project management skills
* Experience with wiki systems and knowledge base management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with event management platforms
* Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
* Background in security documentation or compliance
* Familiarity with learning management systems
* Experience with chatbot content development
Success in this role will be measured by:
* Reduction in support tickets through improved enablement
* Completion of security review deliverables
* Timely processing of compliance requests
* Quality and comprehensiveness of documentation
* Successful implementation of training programs
* User adoption of new resources and templates
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $108 to $120 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
