This is a hybrid role in Redmond.
Pay Range: $50/hr – $56/hr​

The candidate will have experience in windows drivers and debugging. Job responsibilities include drivers’ development, integration, tools and scripts development, maintenance and update.

Responsibilities:

  • Modify existing code and provide new solutions on upcoming projects that align with the architecture and roadmap.
  • Develop drivers, integrate and ensure proper release management and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with peers, cross functional teams and product teams to ensure smooth development process.
  • Take on bugs and resolve them on a timely manner with quality fixes partnering with the test team.
  • Participate in Standups, Sprint and sync meetings to provide updates.

Experience:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
  • Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
  • C, C++ and scripts etc.
  • Ability to handle workflow management like ADO and knowledge of git.
  • Device drivers experience and debugging in Windows environment.
  • Audio knowledge and experience in Audio systems is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
  • 2-4 years experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50/hr – $56/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
